So the year is 2015 in Manor's Bend, Maine, and things just aren't going right if you can imagine it. A couple of years back the portals separating the fairy tale world and this one shattered, big time. Some leveled whole cities and took out chunks of continents as the worlds smashed together, throwing the surviving lives into a flux. Fairy tale beings and humans suddenly found themselves living side by side in a tattered world. It doesn't help that these aren't your garden variety Disney fairy tales. In the span of a week the earth is over run by goblins, trolls, werewolves, and all manner of unsavory creatures. Evil witches are crawling out of the woodwork and in time the unsuspecting humans are falling left and right, dying or changing into strange hybrid creatures.
